We started our culinary journey years ago, serving and cooking at some of the highest ranked restaurants in the world (Alinea of Chicago, New City Cafe, The Vintage Steakhouse of Topeka). After diving into the world of restaurant ownership in 2009, we realized that starting from scratch, creating flavors that people love, and providing an environment that makes them happy is what makes us tick.

In recent years, we’ve noticed a side story happening - a parallel narrative if you will. Alongside customers enjoying our food and environment at The Burger Stand, we’ve noticed a sort of cult-like interest in our sauces. After years of catching people sneaking in their own bottles to line up at our sauce cooler and fill up for home use (this has actually happened - a lot), we realized we should go ahead and bottle it up for them!

We’re starting slow and small on purpose. We want every bottle that goes out our door to leave with love. In years to come, we plan to incorporate more of our sauces into our product line. Sign up for our mailing list to keep up with new releases!
